How it works — 3 simple steps
1. Book
Pick a slot that suits you and tell us the exact error message you see. The more detail you share — operating system, browser, token brand, and a screenshot — the faster we reach the root cause.
2. Connect
At your appointment time you join a secure screen-share. You stay in control of your computer the entire time; we guide you, or with your permission take temporary view/control to apply the fix.
3. Fixed
We work top-down through the driver, certificate, browser, and portal layers until your signature works. You sign a test document with us before we close the session.
Tools we use
We connect using the remote-access tool you're most comfortable with. Both are free for personal use and require your explicit approval before anyone can see your screen:
- AnyDesk — lightweight, no installation required, you approve every connection.
- TeamViewer — widely used, works on Windows and macOS, session ends when you close it.
- Zoom screen-share — if you'd rather share your screen and drive yourself while we guide you.

Turnaround & availability
We're available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST. Standard sessions are usually booked the same day. Emergency same-hour slots are reserved for deadline-critical work — a closing, a tender submission, or a filing due within hours.

What's not covered
Remote support fixes software and configuration problems. A few situations genuinely require action elsewhere, and we'll tell you up front if yours is one of them:
- Physically damaged tokens or readers — hardware faults need replacement, not remote work.
- CA account issues that require in-person KYC or a fresh certificate issuance from your certifying authority.
- Lost tokens that have been formatted/wiped — these need re-issuance from the CA, not a local unlock.
Frequently asked questions
Is it safe to give remote access?
Yes. You approve every connection, you can watch everything we do, and you can end the session instantly. We never ask for and never store your token PIN, password, or private key — those stay on your device. The remote tool only mirrors your screen; your certificate never leaves your machine.
What if my issue isn't fixed?
We work on a no fix, no fee basis. If we cannot identify the root cause during the session, you don't pay. When a fix requires action outside our reach — for example a new certificate from your CA — you still receive a written report with the exact next steps.
How long does a typical session take?
Most single-issue problems — token not detected, Java not loading the DSC, a certificate trust error — are resolved in 20 to 30 minutes. Complex, multi-layer cases occasionally take longer, but we'll always tell you the scope before starting.
Do you support Indian government portals like Income Tax and MCA?
Yes. A large share of our sessions are Java/emSigner and DSC token issues on Income Tax, MCA21, GST, EPFO, DGFT, ICEGATE and TRACES. We know the 32-bit Java requirement, the site-exception settings, and the IE-mode quirks these portals depend on.
